Update to the Pending Onboarding Status Report
To increase transparency during the Hire and Onboarding business processes, RPT6377 – WU – Pending Onboarding Status Report now features an additional column, Supplement B (Section 3) Completed for Hire. This column indicates the completion status of Supplement B (Section 3) for rehires during the I-9 verification process. Managers and Departmental HR Partners should continue to run RPT6377 to view real-time onboarding statuses for hires. Log into Collibra to review terms and definitions for RPT6377.
Using Workday to View Directory Information
Use the Directory application to view co-worker profiles and directory reports searchable by attributes such as work location and supervisory organization. Information will be restricted based on security roles. Access the new report RPT7443 – WU – Directory to view contact information and Mailstop Code for a specific person.
