Collibra Reports: Find Missing Worker Data & Manage Open Job Requisitions to Increase Visibility of Job Postings

Find Missing Worker Data with RPT7086
HR Partners can run RPT7086 – WU – Workers with Missing Data Elements to audit for workers with missing data such as Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Citizenship Status and more. Run this report routinely, especially during Year-End Close activities. Log into Collibra to review terms and definitions for RPT7086.

Manage Open Job Requisitions to Increase Visibility of Job Postings
There are over 400 WashU job postings that are more than 100 days old. Jobs posted 100 days or more are unlikely to attract new candidates. Hiring Managers, Departmental HR Partners and Departmental HR Partner Leads can run RPT6366 – WU – Manage Job Requisitions – Indexed to review job requisitions and reach out to the Primary Recruiter(s) or Recruitment Services to close them as needed. Payroll Deadlines
Managers, remind non-exempt workers to Request Time Off by December 20, 2023 for the upcoming WashU observed holidays. Approve time off requests before payroll deadlines for workers to receive correct paid time off and accurate accrual balances. Run RPT6712 – WU – No Time Entry for Holidays and filter by Supervisory Organization to generate a list of eligible workers with no time entered for the holiday. Log into Collibra to review terms and definitions for RPT6712.     Use the Workday Operational Calendar and filter by Payroll Close & Key Dates for suggested reports to run prior to deadlines. Refer to the Payroll Processing in Workday reference guide.
