Christy joined Washington University as a Business Analyst in the Office of Data Governance in February 2020. She is also the Collibra Platform Administrator working closely with the business users as well as the technical team.
Christy believes technology is the tool; people are the investment, and you must build relationships before you build the solution. She drives Collibra adoption by assessing business needs, captures, analyzes, documents, and manages requirements, and then supports the communication and delivery of those requirements.
Prior to her role as a Business Analyst, Christy worked more than 15 years as an Office Manager responsible for supporting company operations by maintaining office systems, as well as designing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining work processes within an office. In addition, she provided hands-on problem solving with the ability to think strategically about technology.
Christy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lindenwood University and holds a BS in Cybersecurity.
