STAR Retirement

The SFS/STAR (Student Assistance Record System) application will be decommissioned on February 14^th, 2023. A select group of users within the core SFS team will retain the ability to access legacy Financial Aid data via a specially designed Cognos report which replicates the required data screens in STAR (Team Content > Reports > Legacy STAR Reports folder > Legacy STAR Report). That select group was granted access to the Legacy STAR Cognos report approximately one week prior to the retirement date. Data Management offered demos of this new report to facilitate this transition.

If you feel that you need access to this new Legacy STAR report in Cognos but have not been granted such access by the retirement date (02/14), or if you have a new hire who will need access to this report, please email data@wustl.edu to request access.
