Business Title for the position a time entry is associated with is now included on RPT6579 – WU – Time Block in Excess of Prompted Threshold and RPT5984 – WU – Reported Time Blocks for a Worker. Business Title for any position a worker holds can now be found in the All Positions & Jobs report accessible from a worker’s Job profile. Log into Collibra to review functional area and associated business terms with definitions for RPT6579 and RPT5984.
New Report to View Academic Appointee Details
Departmental HR Partners and Departmental HR Partner Leads now have access to RPT7129 – WU – Current Academic Appointee Details for Department HR Partners to view current academic appointments and details for both workers and academic affiliates in one report. This report will identify if the appointment is primary, secondary, dual/joint, honorary/courtesy, named professorship, or voluntary.
