Updated Reporting for FDM Viewer  
Those with the Foundation Data Model (FDM) Viewer security group can now access RPT5997 – WU – Expense Items and RPT6162 – WU – Data Validation – Spend Account Posting Rules. Log into Collibra to review functional area and associated business terms with definitions for RPT5997 and RPT6162.

Reviewing Costing Allocations on Grants
Use RPT5965 – WU – Audit Costing Allocation – Prompt for Grant, Gift, Non-Carryforward, Project, or Cost Center to show percentages on Costing Allocations which includes expired, current, and future by selected Worktag. This may be used to review allocations on grants managed within Grant security role access even if the worker allocated on the grant is outside the Supervisory Organization or Cost Center Hierarchy (CCH). Break Leaves Now Available 
Departmental HR Partners, Departmental HR Partner Leads, Managers and Timekeepers can now place one of a student worker’s positions on Short Work Break leave without impacting other positions the worker holds. Available for Auditing Student Worker Data
HR Partners and Student HR Partners can run RPT7037 – WU – Federal Work Study Eligibility to routinely audit and maintain student worker data by Supervisory Organization. Review use cases below and refer to the updated Student Workers in Workday reference guide. – Verify Federal Work Study (FWS) eligibility. Student workers that are FWS eligible should hold FWS positions. Student workers that are not FWS eligible must be moved to non-FWS positions.
– Audit for inactive students and verify position type. Students not actively enrolled in classes should be removed from positions with job profiles that use the student worker subtype.
