These trainings will enable you to access HR and financial data from HRMS and AIS in Cognos once HRMS and AIS shut down approximately one year after Workday go-live. However, we recommend waiting to take these trainings until Jan. 2022 (6 months before shutdown), at which point we’ll have additional reports built in Cognos, such as document inquiries, per our System Retirements & Data archival page.
