To avoid unwanted scaling/sizing issues between Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server:
- Create dashboards (twb) files in 1920 x 1080 resolution. Creating dashboards in higher res and then uploading to the server may cause problems.
- Do most of the dashboard development in Desktop, then publish to the server site and do fine-tuned editing there.
